We love boiled crabs. When they are seasoned just right, boiled just right, they can't be beat...except by a great bowl of seafood gumbo.
Nothing goes better with boiled crabs than Barq's rootbeer...in the glass, of course!

Ok, so I was missing the blog for a couple of days so I thought I would check in.. Once again, you have me salivating.. You have got to stick with pigs in trailers. Somehow with the swine flu I did not feel the least bit hungry with that picture. LOL How about maybe a warning not to visit the page if you are a Louisiana girl craving some seafood. Hope you are all well.
You left the truth half untold--Those are Mississippi boiled crabs! That part of Mississippi is close enough to Louisiana to have some credibility for responsibly prepared sea food, but be careful if you go much farther north! You get quickly into fried chicken 'n grits country!
