This isn't an agricultural blog. I'm just taking pictures of the things I see around me. I just happen to be surrounded by agricultural things and changes in this season.
The next post won't be about anything growing in a field!
I'm a pastor's wife and homeschooling mother. God has called us to a church in Louisiana. Since moving here, so many things are new and different. This will be the place to share those discoveries with you. It's my Louisiana view!

We have a lot of hay rolls like this in our area of Georgia.
Thanks for visiting my blog. Yes, last September my family visited some relatives in Louisiana where my mother was born and raised. After marrying my father they moved to Georgia where I was born and raised. She passed away in 1993. I had not been to LA. since 1991 for my uncles funeral until we visited Spetember 2007. We wanted to check on the land in Lafayette I and my siblings inherited after my mother passed away. We visited my mothers cousin in Creole while we were there too. It was an interesting trip. I hope we can go back again but not in September because the love bugs were terrible.
