I made a weekend visit to Houston for a terrific women's conference. That meant leaving the fine state of Louisiana, traveling through unfamiliar areas to a huge city. Out in the middle of Texas flatland this popped up~
Did you know they grow rice in Texas?? Hmph. I bet it doesn't even taste good. Well, at least not nearly as good as Louisiana rice....
